About my professional experience: Born in Baghdad, Iraq, the Senior Chief electrical engineer at the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity, completed a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1994-1998) and earned an M.Sc. degree in Electrical power Engineering (2013-2016) from the University of Technology-Iraq. With expertise in implementing, planning, design, development, rehabilitation, test, monitoring, quality, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment, I held leadership positions, including manager for electrical distribution directorate of Baghdad/Al-Rusafa. Additionally, I contributed to the field through published research papers in the Journal. Currently pursuing a PhD degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) in Spain, my interests encompass power systems protection, distributed generation, renewable energies, energy management, energy efficiency, quality management, and computer processing for optimization techniques.
