Rwanga Foundation for Development and LONGi partnered to launch a Solar Energy online course for the LONGi Distribution Network. Four sessions were held every Thursday, with the option for additional cohorts on Wednesdays if needed. Each two-hour session covered topics related to distributed power stations. Classes accommodated up to 15 trainees, with the possibility of additional cohorts for overflow. English was the primary language, and translation support in Arabic or Kurdish was provided if required. Upon completion, trainees received participation certificates, and employment opportunities were available for high-achieving individuals within the distribution network. The course covered four main classes: “Distributed Power Station Design and Construction,” “Common Faults in Distributed Power Station Operation and Maintenance,” “Distributed Power Station PVsyst Skills Training,” and “LONGi 2023-2025 Product Roadmap.”
