Solar PV Training Centres

Training centres, equipped with cutting edge solar technology materials for training and learning, have been established in Basra, Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah for the project “Implementing capacity development for enhancing the skills and abilities of workforce for future market development of Photovoltaics in Iraq”.

Equipment

The three training centres have been provided with:

• Training materials for PV related trainings in theory and practice for target groups with different background and job profiles (technicians, sales engineers, engineers),
• Physical training equipment
• Trainings for the faculty on technical, economic, and market development related aspects of photovoltaics.
